Shipping Locations and Delivery Methods

Our head office is located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, and we ship from multiple warehouses across North America. Because we carry a wide range of products in different sizes and weights, shipping methods may vary depending on the item and destination. Small items may be eligible for delivery to a post office box, while larger items must be shipped to a physical address.


Order Processing and Delivery Timelines

After an order is placed, we review the items and confirm the most suitable shipping method available. Delivery timelines depend on the selected carrier and service level. Please note that shipping estimates do not include weekends or statutory holidays and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other unexpected events outside our control.


Shipping Charges

Performance Plus offers free parcel size shipping over $199 across most of Canada.


For LTL (large palleted products), unless otherwise stated, shipping and delivery charges are additional to the listed product price.


International Orders and Import Fees

Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. 

These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order if you have questions regarding import requirements or fees. Performance Plus Distributors Inc. is not responsible for any customs charges or delays related to international shipments.


Delivery Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information, including the recipient’s name and delivery address. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.


Shipping Quote Adjustments

Automated shipping quotes and displayed carriers on the website are estimates only and may be adjusted before shipment if required due to product size, weight, destination, carrier limitations, or order details. If shipping costs increase or decrease, we will contact you for approval before processing and shipping the order.
